Job summary

UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager focused on Strategy, Analytics & Innovation to lead a high-performing recruiting team and drive forward-looking talent strategies. This role blends leadership with expertise in recruiting tech, AI-enabled tools, data analytics, and process optimization.

Responsibilities include developing scalable hiring plans, implementing efficient processes, and partnering with HR and business leaders to meet evolving workforce needs.

Qualifications

• 5 years or more of talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong experience with ATS platforms, recruiting technologies, and AI-enabled tools
• Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to drive strategy and decision-making
• Experience leading recruiting teams in high-volume and/or specialized hiring environments
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, or similar)
• Advanced analytics and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, Power BI tools)

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to achieve hiring goals, service level expectations, and quality-of-hire standards
• Establish clear performance metrics, accountability frameworks, and data-driven goals for recruiting staff
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and proactive, candidate-centric recruiting
• Partner with hiring leaders to align on talent strategy, workforce planning, and hiring priorities
• Develop and execute comprehensive, forward-looking recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives
• Proactively identify talent gaps and build scalable hiring plans to meet current and future workforce needs
• Drive consistency and excellence across the full recruitment lifecycle
• Lead the adoption and optimization of ATS, AI tools, and recruiting technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline workflows, reducing manual effort and cycle times
• Train and enable recruiters and hiring managers on technology, tools, and best practices
• Develop and manage recruiting dashboards and metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, funnel conversion and source effectiveness)
