You will leverage AI-enabled tools, analytics, and technology to optimize processes and deliver scalable hiring solutions aligned with the organization's evolving needs.

Qualifications

• 5 years or more of talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience with ATS platforms, recruiting technologies, and AI-enabled tools.
• Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to drive strategy and decision-making.
• Experience leading recruiting teams in high-volume and/or specialized hiring environments.

• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Proactively identify talent gaps and scalable hiring plans for current and future needs.
• Drive consistency and excellence across the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Implement structured, efficient, high-impact recruiting processes to improve speed and quality.
