UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager – Strategy, Analytics & Innovation to lead a high-performing recruiting team. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of talent acquisition experience, incl. 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong experience with ATS platforms, recruiting technologies, and AI-enabled tools.
Proven ability to leverage data and analytics to drive strategy and decision‑making.
Experience leading recruiting teams in high-volume and/or specialized hiring environments.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to achieve hiring goals, service level expectations, and quality-of-hire standards.
Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive, forward-looking recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives.
Technology, AI & Process Optimization: Lead the adoption and optimization of ATS, AI tools, and recruiting technologies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Data Analytics & Insights: Develop recruiting dashboards and metrics; translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
Innovative Sourcing & Workforce Strategy: Design and implement creative sourcing strategies, include AI-enabled sourcing and partnerships.
Stakeholder Partnership: Advise business leaders on talent trends and collaborating with HR to align hiring with goals.
