You will blend people leadership with expertise in recruiting technologies, AI-driven solutions, data analytics, and process optimization to deliver scalable hiring solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business or related field.
• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies.
• Ability to leverage data/analytics to drive strategy.
• Experience leading recruiting teams in high-volume or specialized hiring.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or process improvement.
• Advanced analytics and reporting skills (Excel, dashboards, Power BI).
• Experience scaling TA strategies in growing organizations.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to achieve hiring goals.
• Establish performance metrics, accountability frameworks, and data-driven goals.
• Partner with hiring leaders to align on talent strategy and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead the adoption and optimization of ATS, AI tools, and recruiting technologies.
• Translate data into actionable insights to inform strategy and improve performance.
