• Adept at creating and implementing sourcing strategies for multiple roles.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment from posting to offer.
• coordinate onboarding activities and new-hire orientation logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/HRIS and generate KPI reports.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
