Job summary

Nationwidechildrens Nchcareers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple workload areas. You will engage hiring leaders to identify, assess, and hire talent, balancing internal partnerships with external outreach.

The role requires HS/College collaboration, Day Shift with occasional evenings or weekends for recruiting events, and a hybrid on-site schedule for meetings and events. Collaboration with ERGs and diversity initiatives is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, HR, psychology or related field.
• Two years in onboarding or talent acquisition capacity required.
• Previous high-volume, direct, full-cycle recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and analytical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Executes full life cycle searches for entry to manager level positions, develops search strategy, sources, pre-screens and interviews.
• Understands diversity strategy and develops sourcing pools with external groups.
• Participates in planning and executing internal/external in-person and virtual hiring events.
• Sources candidates via networking, social media, resume databanks, and job boards.
• Maintains a strong service culture delivering timely, quality-driven service to stakeholders.
