Truss Vet-Veterinary Urgent Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruiting across our clinics and home office. This hybrid role requires in-person presence in Durham, NC three days a week and periodic travel for recruiting events.

You will partner with hiring managers to build pipelines, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide offers. Travel and events are part of the role, with a focus on attracting mission-aligned talent for our growing veterinary

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles.
• Ability to source candidates via diverse channels.
• Proven track record delivering a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting from posting to onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and openings.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Screen candidates for qualifications and alignment with mission.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and managers.
• Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination.
• Build pipelines for veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and home office roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
