Truss Vet is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across our veterinary urgent care clinics and home office. You will partner with clinic leaders and the Director of People to build candidate pipelines and drive hiring excellence in a fast-growing, mission-driven team.

The role is hybrid with 3 days in person in Durham, NC, and requires travel to recruiting events throughout the year. You’ll shape how we attract top talent who share our mission and values.

Qualifications

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles.
• Ability to source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networks.
• Proven candidate screening and coordination of interviews with hiring managers.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from posting to onboarding handoff.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and openings.
• Source candidates through diverse channels and build pipelines.
• Screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Provide timely updates and maintain candidate experience throughout.
