Job summary

Truss Vet is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across our clinics and home office, partnering with hiring managers to fill critical roles and build pipelines. This hybrid role is based near Durham, NC, with travel to recruiting events as needed.

You will manage sourcing, screening, offers, onboarding, and drive a positive candidate experience while advancing our employer brand. Healthcare recruiting experience is preferred and travel 4–6 events annually.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles.
• Ability to build candidate pipelines and manage multiple openings.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and define role requirements.
• Experience with sourcing strategies and recruiting metrics.
• Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and recruiting tools.
