Job summary

First Coast Security is seeking a proactive Recruiter to source top talent, screen candidates, and guide them through the hiring process. You will partner with operational leaders to design job postings, manage postings, and coordinate interviews in a fast-paced environment.

You will own candidate experience, perform reference checks, and support onboarding while staying current on recruiting trends and compliance. This role is onsite in Hermiston, Oregon and offers room to grow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and written.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proven time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions and post requirements.
• Perform reference, education and background screenings, as needed.
• Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Assist Managers with conducting and attending interviews.
• Communicate effectively with the hiring manager and HR staff to ensure vetted candidates advance to posts.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and discussing employment terms.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
