Job summary

First Coast Security is seeking a Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for Hermiston, Oregon. This onsite role focuses on building a strong candidate pipeline, screening and coordinating interviews, and working closely with operational leaders to ensure qualified, properly vetted candidates are ready for their assigned posts.

As a key partner in the hiring process, you will manage job posting content and candidate communications, facilitate offers, and oversee onboarding coordination.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written).
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via multiple search methods to maintain pipeline.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone screenings.
• Design and manage job postings and postings requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and assist managers during the process.
• Oversee offers and onboarding coordination.
• Track recruiting metrics and report results.
