Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Business or related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar.
• Familiarity with recruitment methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruit effectively.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
• Plan and lead recruiting events in targeted hiring territories.
• Represent the company at events to attract talent and build pipelines.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify best candidates.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for vessel and shoreside positions.
• Shape talent acquisition strategy and promote diversity and inclusion.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
