You will coordinate reference checks and other pre-employment tasks, bringing initiative, accountability and reliability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or four or more years of full cycle recruitment experience or a combination of both.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and be self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Aff.

Responsibilities
