Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle full cycle recruitment from sourcing to offers. This on-site role is based out of Lomira, WI and requires proactive, accountable performance and strong collaboration with management.

You will source and hire qualified candidates, obtain approvals, conduct prescreens and interviews, write offers, and coordinate reference checks as part of pre-employment tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity Policies.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Source and hire qualified candidates for open positions.
• Obtain approvals for candidates and conduct prescreens and interviews.
