Job summary

Michels Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full cycle recruitment, sourcing and hiring qualified candidates, and coordinating pre-employment tasks. This onsite role is based out of the Lomira, WI office and requires initiative, self-motivation, and dependable performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of recruitment experience, strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, and knowledge of state and federal employment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years full cycle recruitment experience or combination of both.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and be self motivated.
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity Policies.
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle recruitment: source, screen, and hire qualified candidates within required timelines.
• Coordinate pre-employment tasks such as issuing offers and reference checks, with approvals as needed.
