Michels Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full cycle recruitment from sourcing to offers. You will prescreen, interview, coordinate references and secure approvals for candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Ideal candidates bring experience in fast-paced environments, strong communication, and a commitment to compliance with EEO and diversity policies. This onsite role is based in Lomira, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or four or more years of full cycle recruitment experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and be self motivated.
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affirmative Action and Diversity Policies.
• A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Source and hire qualified candidates and obtain approvals for candidates.
• Conduct prescreens and interviews, write employment offers and coordinate reference checks.
• Handle other pre-employment tasks as necessary and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
