Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or four or more years of full cycle recruitment experience or combination of both
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management and be self motivated
• Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of State and Federal employment law, EEO, Affi­rective Action and Diversity Policies
