Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate team in Kirkland, with remote work within the United States. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for a demanding portfolio and partner with senior leaders while leveraging AI-driven tools to optimize hiring quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field; or equivalent proven experience in recruiting or HR.
• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume or agency environment
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and client hiring managers
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and a willingness to adopt and maximize new technologies
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS or similar ATS; familiarity with G Suite, Monday.com, BrightHire, and Grayscale
• Ability to handle sensitive employee and client matters with discretion and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across a high-volume requisition load from posting to screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Assess candidates, lead debriefs, and guide final decisions with hiring teams.
• Collaborate with TA leadership on complex searches and executive-level roles.
• Leverage Greenhouse and other tools to manage candidate records and workflows.
• Build diverse, high-quality pipelines via sourcing, referrals, and partnerships.
• Represent Concentric at recruitment events and external engagements.
• Partner with Marketing to shape branded recruitment collateral and strategy.
• Support additional talent initiatives and projects as assigned.
