Job summary

Mobile Air & Power Rentals is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to partner with department managers and HR to attract and select top talent for our nationwide operations. You will source, interview, and extend offers while building a robust candidate network.

You will collaborate on recruitment strategies, post positions on major platforms, and ensure job descriptions meet hiring criteria, all while maintaining compliance with employment laws across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business, or related field; bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum of two years recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing goals and communicate job requirements clearly.
• Review Open Positions reports to confirm approved openings before recruitment.
• Ensure current job descriptions reflect hiring criteria and are finalized with managers.
• Utilize aggressive sourcing methods (internet, social media, networking, referrals, events) to identify top talent.
• Post approved positions on recruitment platforms and prepare interview questions and materials.
• Select candidates for interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Schedule and conduct phone screens and interviews per manager instructions.
• Provide feedback and coaching to hiring teams throughout the process.
• Assist with offers, start dates, and hiring communications.
• Build a pool of qualified candidates through schools and community relationships.
• Partner with HR to develop hiring practices aligned with growth strategies.
• Identify recruitment strategies aligned with organizational needs.
• Search for passive candidates meeting role requirements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws including EEO.
