Mobile Air & Power Rentals is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to source, evaluate, and hire top talent across the organization. You will collaborate with department managers and HR to design effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a diverse and capable talent pool.

The role emphasizes aggressive sourcing, conducting interviews, managing job descriptions, and coordinating offers. Proficient communication and knowledge of employment laws are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business, or related field is required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum of two years of recruitment experience.
• SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing goals and ensure job requirements are clear.
• Review Open Positions reports to confirm approved openings before recruiting.
• Finalize current and comprehensive job descriptions reflecting hiring criteria.
• Utilize sourcing methods (web research, social media, networking, referrals, ads, events) to identify top talent.
• Post approved roles on platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, ADP) and prepare interview materials.
• Screen and interview candidates with hiring managers; provide feedback and coordinate offers.
• Assist with screening updates, start dates, and critical information during offers.
• Build a pool of qualified candidates with schools and community relationships.
• Train managers on recruitment best practices as needed.
