Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates; build a diverse talent pipeline using job boards, social media, and networking; conduct initial screenings and interviews; partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions; implement data-driven recruiting tech.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and analyze time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate conversion; prepare reports to guide hiring decisions; monitor industry trends to improve processes.
• Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy: Promote unbiased hiring; develop DEI initiatives; train managers on inclusive recruitment; represent the company at events.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates. To build a diverse talent pipeline, utilize various platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit. Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and refine job descriptions for clarity and effectiveness. Implement modern recruitment technologies and data-driven approaches to improve hiring efficiency.
• Data-Driven Decision Making Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates. Prepare reports and insights to drive strategic hiring decisions. Stay updated on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices to enhance the recruitment process. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of hiring channels and strategies.
• Diversity & Inclusion Advocacy Champion equitable and unbiased hiring practices to promote a diverse candidate pool. Develop and execute hiring initiatives aligned with the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. Provide training and support to hiring managers on inclusive recruitment strategies. Represent the company’s mission at networking events, career fairs, and professional forums.
• Employer Branding & Engagement Develop compelling employer branding content to showcase workplace culture and company values. Establish strong relationships with universities, professional organizations, and online talent communities to enhance employer visibility. Organize virtual and in-person recruitment events to attract top talent. Share success stories and employee testimonials to highlight career growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience & Skills 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources. Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern recruitment technologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively. Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple job openings simultaneously. Experience leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other platforms for strategic talent sourcing. Analytical ability to interpret recruitment data and optimize hiring strategies.
• Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). PHR, SHRM-CP, or Talent Acquisition certifications are an advantage.
