Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
• Proven success in sourcing and attracting candidates for diverse roles, including hard-to-fill positions.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment tools/platforms.
• Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of South African labor market and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
