About the Role

Our client, a rapidly scaling technology firm, is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their remote-first recruitment efforts. This is a fully remote position, offering the ultimate flexibility to manage talent acquisition across South Africa and beyond. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and building a robust employer brand. This role requires a leader who can operate autonomously, drive results, and contribute significantly to the company's growth by attracting top-tier tech talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand critical talent needs and build high-performing teams in a distributed work environment. Your expertise in modern recruitment methodologies and a passion for candidate experience will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a strong focus on the technology sector.
• Proven experience in building and managing remote recruitment teams and strategies.
• Demonstrated success in attracting and hiring niche technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, cloud architects).
• Expertise in utilizing various recruitment tools, platforms, and ATS systems.
• Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate marketing.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
