• Full-cycle recruitment support and ownership of parts of the process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
• Create a positive candidate experience and maintain regular communication with candidates.

Aufgaben

• Manage recruiting activities for all locations from requisition through onboarding.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs, and partnerships.
• Review applications/resumes to identify qualified candidates and conduct initial screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and track progress.
• Maintain applicant records in the ATS and ensure compliance with laws.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.
