The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and proficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred).

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, pipeline management).
• Experience with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) and internet recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, report metrics, and forecast headcount needs.
• Functional assessment knowledge to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing and healthcare/pharmaceutical recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage open job requisitions and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Pre-screen candidates and build qualified candidate pipelines.
• Facilitate candidate review meetings and capture feedback from stakeholders.
• Report on recruiting metrics, market trends, and forecasting data.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and applicant tracking requirements.
• Partner with HR leaders and hiring managers to align recruitment with workforce goals.
