Job summary

Innovative Health is seeking a highly organized HR Specialist – Recruiting to support growth by managing the full recruiting lifecycle. This role will be a key contact for candidates, hiring managers, and employees, coordinating postings, interviews, and onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of recruiting experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a track record in healthcare or medical devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 2–4 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR generalist experience with recruiting responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle from job posting through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Post openings to job boards and networks; source via LinkedIn and databases.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely updates.
