As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage the full recruitment life cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting onboarding. You’ll also contribute to improving our hiring processes and tools while maintaining accurate employee records.
Starting compensation is based on experience, and we offer a variety of benefits and incentives to support and reward our team members.
The job is in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary, requiring to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset, operate office equipment, and occasionally move objects up to forty (40) pounds.
