As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment life cycle, handling inbound/outbound calls, phone interviews, scheduling on‑site interviews, and tracking progress in our system. You will develop new recruiting processes and tools, and assist with data entry and employee filing.
You must have 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience, be confident, outgoing, and self‑motivated, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
