As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will recruit and attract the right candidates for various positions. Your work is crucial for our continued success. MCI offers training and a competitive compensation package and bonuses.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for the entire recruitment life‑cycle. You will manage inbound and outbound calls with potential candidates, conduct phone interviews, schedule and process on‑site interviews, track hiring processes in our system, and assist with developing new recruiting processes and tools. You will complete data entry in the employee database and manage personnel filing.

You must be confident, outgoing, self‑motivated, and a team‑oriented person. You should be articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and able to build rapport with applicants in a fast‑paced environment.

Job operates in a professional office environment. Duties are largely sedentary; you will sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. You will operate a computer and other office equipment. You may occasionally move objects up to 40 pounds.
