Job summary

LCPtracker, Inc. is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle and ensure a positive candidate experience. You will coordinate postings, sourcing, interviews, pre-employment steps, and onboarding while maintaining accurate records and supporting HR operations.

The role also involves improving recruiting processes, reporting, and assisting with payroll backup as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of recruiting coordination or related HR experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS, Paycom preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and interview plans.
• Create, update, and post job openings on approved platforms.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, referrals, and channels.
• Screen applications and coordinate interviews and communications with candidates.
• Maintain recruiting trackers and assist with onboarding and HR operations.
