Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• Knowledge of state, federal and EEO hiring regulations.
• Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their business and roles.
• Clarify job specifications and qualifications with managers for each position.
• Advise managers on interviewing techniques, selection protocols and offers.
• Collaborate with HR to meet talent goals and time-to-fill metrics.
• Contribute to innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Maintain accurate applicant-tracking records and generate reports.
• Participate in job fairs and college recruiting activities.
• Ensure compliant recruitment processes and cost efficiency.
• Manage candidate experience from status updates to interview scheduling.
• Coordinate onboarding, references, and background checks as needed.
• Negotiate with staffing firms and manage contractor relationships.
