LRSolutions, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting and support essential HR functions. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, confidentiality, and timely performance in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include attracting talent, delivering a positive candidate experience, and providing payroll, benefits, and compliance support as needed. Strong communication and adaptability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience recruiting in a variety of industries; coal, manufacturing construction, heavy industrial or energy fields a plus.
• Telemarketing experience or experience with phone solicitation campaigns.
• Experience in full cycle recruiting.
• Experience with social media marketing and advertising.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with presentations.
• Must work with diverse personality types.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Dependable with flexible schedule; occasional overnight travel.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems ADP WFN preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel and Word products.
