Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in recruiting, talent acquisition or related area.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or similar databases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and recommend qualified candidates.
• Assist with job postings, candidate outreach, and recruiting activities.
• Provide general administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, calendars, and interview coordination.
