Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group in the Pittsburgh area is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing team. This role offers a salary of $55K-$65K plus benefits and a contract-to-permanent opportunity with hybrid work after completion of training.

You will review resumes, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, partner with hiring managers, and handle postings and outreach, with day-to-day scheduling and administrative tasks enabling a smooth recruitment process.

• Experience with applicant tracking systems or similar databases.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
