Capstone Group in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for a group of roles, coordinating with hiring managers and vendors. You’ll post jobs, screen applicants, and maintain the ATS, contributing to hiring metrics and process improvements.

The role supports a steady volume of roles across service lines and offers a hybrid work schedule with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years recruiting or HR coordination experience in professional services.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Glassdoor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Experience using an ATS/HRIS.
• Associate degree or equivalent coursework.

Responsibilities

• Support requisition intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management for assigned open roles.
• Support a steady volume of roles across the firm's service lines
• Post and maintain job ads across job boards, social platforms, and the company career page. Review and respond to all applications.
• Keep applicant tracking system records accurate and up to date.
• Maintain recruiting reports — pipeline, funnel, and lifecycle metrics — for leadership review.
