Acara Solutions, an Aleron Company, is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service while managing contract employees across client sites. The role includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles.

Qualifications

• One to three years of relevant experience
• Experience recruiting for technical and advanced manufacturing is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients and candidates
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities
• Results-oriented mindset focusing on delivering exceptional service
• Proficient computer skills, with one year of prior experience using the MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Receive and vet job orders, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to clients for consideration
• Match candidates with suitable placements using independent judgment
• Maintain recruitment benchmarks including metrics, networking, and follow-up
• Act as liaison between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees with professionalism
• Provide administrative oversight for contract employees and onboarding/offboarding
• Cultivate community relations through active engagement
• Retain a pool of temporary/contract employees to meet client demands
• Collaborate with Recruitment Specialists to address client needs
• Maintain regular communication with customers to resolve escalated personnel matters
• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality
