Qualifications

• One to three years of relevant experience; experience recruiting for technical and advanced manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and oversee contract employees at various client sites.
• Lead recruitment for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across our client base.
• Act as a liaison between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees with professionalism and integrity.
• Provide administrative oversight for contract employees and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Foster community relationships through engagement, networking, job fairs, and client interactions.
