You will manage contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles, screening and presenting candidates while coordinating with clients and employees.

Qualifikationen

• One to three years of relevant experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical and advanced manufacturing preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient MS Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Receive and vet job orders, secure approval to source, screen, interview, and present candidates to clients for consideration.
• Exercise independent judgment and strong interviewing skills to match candidates with suitable placements.
• Maintain performance benchmarks outlined by the company, including recruitment metrics, community networking, and candidate placement follow-up.
• Act as a liaison between Acara, clients, candidates, and contract employees, representing our company's values with professionalism and integrity.
• Provide administrative oversight for contract employees and ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Cultivate community relations through active engagement and community activities.
• Retain a pool of temporary/contract employees to meet client demands.
• Collaborate closely with fellow Recruitment Specialists to address client needs effectively.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to address and resolve escalated personnel matters.
• Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality at all times.
