Babilou Family US is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive full-cycle recruitment for centers in Lawrence, MA. The role partners with school leaders, elevates employer branding, sources top talent, and manages onboarding to ensure strong new-hire retention.

3+ years in recruiting, familiarity with ATS, and experience with digital marketing tools are required. This hybrid, full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary.

Competenze

• 3+ years of recruiting experience; early childhood education or high-volume industry preferred.
• Knowledge of employment law, hiring compliance, sourcing methodologies and best practices in full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional phone presence.
• Proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office Suite; leveraging digital recruitment marketing tools.
• Experience with Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, and Glassdoor.

Mansioni

• Ensure strong partnerships with hiring managers and school leaders to anticipate staffing needs and align throughout the recruitment process.
• Elevate employer brand visibility through effective recruitment marketing and community outreach.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, events, partnerships, and networking.
• Create, update, and manage job requisitions across online platforms.
• Own the transition from application through 90-day onboarding to ensure new hires feel confident and connected.
• Conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations to determine qualifications and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews, provide candidate prep, and ensure a professional hiring experience.
• Deliver a seamless onboarding journey to strengthen new-hire retention.
• Manage requisitions autonomously, prioritize workloads, and execute multi-step hiring processes.
• Maintain ATS records, ensure data accuracy, and provide pipeline reporting.
• Generate talent insights and analytics to support hiring decisions.
• Review recruiting ROI and adjust budget or strategy as needed.
