Job summary

Trinity Management, LLC is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across the Trinity portfolio. The role partners with hiring managers to develop strategies, source qualified candidates, coordinate onboarding, and provide recruitment reporting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in high-volume recruitment.
• Experience using Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and recruitment marketing.
• ADP Workforce Now, HRIS, and/or ATS experience preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment practices, employment laws, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, pre-employment screenings, onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop job postings.
• Source and attract candidates through multiple channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, career fairs, industry associations, schools).
• Review applications, screen candidates, and present qualified candidates to managers.
• Maintain communication with candidates and managers for a smooth hiring process.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding with IT and managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records in systems (ADP Workforce Now) and manage changes.
• Track referrals, recruitment activities, and metrics; prepare leadership reports.
• Advise on recruitment trends, policies, training, and compliance.
• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives.
