Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions – Boston is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs. You will help attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering a best-in-class candidate experience.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3+ years of recruiting or HR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ATS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 1–3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand role requirements.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future roles.
• Utilize sourcing tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and Handshake to identify top talent.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth process.
• Collect and document interview feedback and assist in candidate evaluations.
• Support the offer process, including preparing offer details.
• Conduct reference checks and maintain ATS documentation.
• Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS.
• Post and manage job openings across company platforms and job boards.
• Assist in drafting compelling job postings that clearly communicate role expectations.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including referral programs, job fairs, and recruiting events.
• Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
