Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for niche and highly specialized technical roles across Networking, Software, Cloud, AI, Hardware, SONiC, and ASIC Engineering.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive talent in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical technical skill sets through talent mapping, market research, networking, and proactive engagement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent availability, market trends, compensation, and hiring strategies.
• Drive hiring outcomes, including quality of hire, time to fill, candidate experience and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations while promoting fair and inclusive hiring practices.
