Job summary

Hill International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting across the Southern and Western U.S. region, in Houston or Dallas.

You will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for technical positions, partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements. You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen and interview, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding while building strong talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and develop strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and candidate communications.
