The role requires strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and data-driven process improvement, with experience in high-volume recruiting and use of LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 2+ years in talent acquisition or recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, operations, or tech roles is a plus.
