JD.com is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our expanding U.S. operations. This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for warehouse, logistics, operations, and corporate positions across multiple U.S. locations, including New Jersey and California.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in talent acquisition, strong sourcing and stakeholder management, and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms. A bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of talent acquisition experience in logistics, supply chain, e‑commerce, technology, manufacturing, or other fast‑paced industries.
  • Experience managing full‑cycle recruitment and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and pre‑onboarding.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business needs and hiring priorities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand roles and optimize candidate profiles and decision processes.
  • Lead high‑volume recruitment for warehouse, transportation, logistics, and operations across U.S. network.
  • Track recruiting data, generate regular reports, and drive process improvements.

This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business functions, with a strong focus on warehouse, logistics, transportation, operations, and corporate positions.The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who can effectively manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, proactively identify and engage qualified talent, and partner closely with hiring managers to deliver against hiring goals.What You'll Do:Full-Cycle RecruitmentManage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and pre-onboarding.Develop and execute recruiting strategies based on business needs, hiring priorities, labor-market conditions, and position requirements.Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of candidate and hiring-manager communication.Ensure timely and accurate updates throughout the recruitment process and maintain strong candidate experience.Talent Sourcing & Market MappingProactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, recruiting agencies, and other channels.Conduct talent-market research and competitor mapping to identify qualified talent pools by company, function, seniority, and location.Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.Develop targeted sourcing strategies for specialized and high-priority roles.Hiring Manager PartnershipPartner with hiring managers to understand business needs, position requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.Provide market insights regarding talent availability, compensation expectations, candidate profiles, and recruiting challenges.Calibrate candidate profiles with hiring managers and continuously improve sourcing and selection strategies based on interview feedback.Support hiring managers in maintaining efficient interview and decision-making processes.High-Volume & Operations RecruitingSupport high-volume recruitment for warehouse, transportation, logistics, and operations positions across JDL's U.S. network.Develop localized recruiting strategies based on labor-market conditions and talent availability.Coordinate with HR, operations, and business teams to prioritize urgent and business-critical hiring needs.Monitor recruiting progress and identify bottlenecks affecting time-to-fill.Candidate Assessment & Offer ManagementConduct initial candidate screenings and assess qualifications, experience, motivation, compensation expectations, and role alignment.Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.Support offer preparation, negotiation, and closing activities.Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive candidate experience.Recruiting Data & Process ImprovementTrack recruiting activity and maintain accurate ATS records and candidate data.Monitor key recruiting metrics, including pipeline activity, interview volume, offer acceptance, and time-to-fill.Prepare regular recruiting reports and provide insights to HR and business leadership.Identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness, recruiting efficiency, and candidate experience.Support the development and implementation of recruiting programs, including employee referrals, university recruiting, agency partnerships, and other talent initiatives.About You:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.2+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, technology, manufacturing, or other fast-paced industries.Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment and multiple requisitions simultaneously.Strong sourcing and candidate-engagement skills, including experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.Experience recruiting for warehouse, logistics, transportation, operations, or other high-volume positions is strongly preferred.Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use recruiting data to drive decisions.Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus.At JD.com, we’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
