Job summary

Superior Ambulance Service is seeking a Recruiter to manage full lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers while ensuring compliance with employment laws. The role includes onboarding, reporting, and participation in career fairs, with in-office work Monday through Friday in Elmhurst.

Ideal candidates have a HR degree or equivalent, at least one year of recruitment experience, and strong MS Office skills. Salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 per year, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in HR or equivalent experience.
• One year of recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of HR regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• The full life-cycle recruiting process: sourcing, recruiting, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, background checks and offers.
• Administer new employee onboarding and assist with Orientation.
• Post positions and source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking.
• Collaborate with HR and management to develop recruitment strategies.
• Participate in career fairs and special events as needed.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations, policies and best practices.
• Prepare information and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
• In-office is required Monday - Friday.
