Superior Ambulance Service, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support full life-cycle recruiting. You will screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate communications to build a strong talent pool.

In-office work is required Monday through Friday, with up to 10% travel. You will partner with HR and hiring managers to craft effective sourcing strategies and participate in career fairs to raise awareness of opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and with a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to screen resumes and coordinate interviews.

Responsibilities

• Support full life-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessing, selecting, and offers.
• In-office is required Monday - Friday, with up to 10% travel.
• Post positions on job boards and social networks; build candidate pools.
• Collaborate with HR and management to develop recruitment strategies.
• Represent the company at career fairs and events to increase opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and reporting requirements.
• Prepare data reports and trends from recruitment activity.
