Job summary

Goodwill Kentucky is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to manage full lifecycle recruiting across Kentucky, partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines and ensure smooth onboarding. The role covers retail, non-retail, professional, priority, and difficult-to-fill openings.

You will own searches from intake through offer, coordinate onboarding, and maintain accurate recruiting data while supporting stronger TA processes.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience building pipelines via job boards, social media, referrals, events, and community resources.
• Strong partnering with hiring managers and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for assigned roles across Kentucky.
• Consult with hiring managers on requirements, sourcing, interviews, and hiring risks.
• Develop targeted sourcing plans and talent pipelines for prioritized openings.
• Coordinate recruiting events, outreach, and candidate follow-up.
