Qualifications

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of ATS platforms (Workday, Lever, iCIMS, Taleo or UltiPro) and HRIS like Kronos or Paychex.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with campus recruiting or events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to onboarding, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through social media, candidate relationship management (CRM) systems, and external recruiting platforms.
• Conduct market trends analysis to identify talent gaps and adjust recruiting strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Lead candidate sourcing efforts through research, cold calling, and leveraging talent acquisition platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with HR teams on employment law compliance, contracts, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and HRIS management such as Kronos and Paychex.
