Job summary

Jennmar Corporate is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist in Pittsburgh, PA to lead full-cycle recruiting and support HR functions, including employee records, benefits, payroll, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years' experience in talent acquisition or HR, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with ADP and MS Office. This role requires accuracy, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related HR function
• Experience with ADP preferred
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and collaboration with hiring managers
• Maintain timely, professional candidate communications throughout the process
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
• Assist with HR audits, reporting, and compliance activities
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within HRIS and payroll systems
• Support benefits administration, including deductions, leave administration
